Relocation Services - Change this value to a strong SEO phrase

CBCIL provides assistance to Medicaid-eligible individuals in nursing facilities to relocate to the community, under a Relocation Services contract with the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS). Also known as the Money Follows the Person (MFP) initiative, Relocation Services is a response to the Supreme Court Olmstead Decision in 1992, requiring States to provide long term services in the most integrated setting. CBCIL relocation specialists cover the Coastal Bend and Rio Grande Valley regions, working in a team approach with Managed Care service coordinators, State agency and nursing facility staff, and consumers and their families.
